COVID-19 and IWOPS IV

IWOPS IV is planned as an in-person event October 31-November 3, 2022 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Given the uncertainties of COVID-19 and its variants around the world, we will continue to monitor the situation to ensure equitable access and the health of all participants. We are not considering a virtual event given the highly interactive nature of this workshop.

We do not anticipate IWOPS IV will have a virtual component.

For IWOPS IV, we will be taking proactive steps to help ensure the health and safety of all participants. Specific requirements, consistent with WHO and Cambodia CDC guidelines, will be confirmed closer to the date of the workshop and based on the global COVID-19 situation. We cannot guarantee full protection from COVID-19. If we are able to proceed, we anticipate participants will follow requirements that will include:

• proof of vaccination
• wearing a face mask covering nose and mouth based on local guidelines and recommendations
• avoiding attending any event should you develop COVID-19 symptoms during the course of IWOPS IV

We will also be ensuring that all meeting spaces are well-ventilated and have hand sanitizer available. Beyond these measures, all participants are assuming full responsibility for their own health and safety. Please check back often for updates to our policy and to learn the latest requirements.
